Dr. Sandy Ku was professional enough to perform my first time bone graft procedure on a Friday afternoon. Though, I didn’t quite understand the surgical process within a quick hour ordeal, it was a painless procedure experience until this weekend. Reason being, I forgot to pick up my 3 prescribed meds from Kaiser-DB pharmacy after visit. Kaiser DB pharmacy is closed on weekends but taking OTC Tylenol every 6 hours seem to be helping the pain but swelling still there. This could have been prevented if the front desk have handed me a printed copy of the prescription to remind myself. Maybe, it’s the effect of the anesthesia that me forget to pick up my meds? Other than that, I give everyone a thumbs up for a job well done on my 2nd visit ever last Friday.

I absolutely love Walnut Smiles Dentist! The front desk staff is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful every time I come in. All of the doctors and assistants are wonderful, they’re patient, thoughtful, and really take the time to make sure I feel comfortable, especially with my dental anxiety. For someone that has had some trauma from early experiences at the dentist, Ive really appreciated the safe,professional, kind,gentle care ive received her. Michelle is the bomb when she cleans my teeth. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming. Every dentist ive experienced through the years here has earned my trust!
