This was my first visit at this location. My dentist, Dr. Emad Shalapi, was exceptional! He listened to me, was patient, answered my questions, and made suggestions with options. He was making my experience as pleasant as possible. His quality work was thorough and explained everything step by step. Roxanne was helpful as the benefits advisor. I am definitely returning to this location.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental and orthodontic office! From start to finish, the experience is consistently positive and professional. Maya, the X-ray tech, is amazing so kind, gentle, and efficient. She immediately puts you at ease and makes the X-ray process quick and comfortable. Miriam, my hygienist, is absolutely wonderful. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and has such a calming, friendly presence. My cleanings always feel meticulous yet gentle, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly. The orthodontist team is just as outstanding organized, attentive, and genuinely caring. They work seamlessly together and make sure you feel informed and confident every step of the way. It’s rare to find an office where everyone is this professional, compassionate, and welcoming. Everyone in the front office is phenomenal. I truly feel well cared for here and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental and orthodontic care!

Dr. Sandy Ku was professional enough to perform my first time bone graft procedure on a Friday afternoon. Though, I didn’t quite understand the surgical process within a quick hour ordeal, it was a painless procedure experience until this weekend. Reason being, I forgot to pick up my 3 prescribed meds from Kaiser-DB pharmacy after visit. Kaiser DB pharmacy is closed on weekends but taking OTC Tylenol every 6 hours seem to be helping the pain but swelling still there. This could have been prevented if the front desk have handed me a printed copy of the prescription to remind myself. Maybe, it’s the effect of the anesthesia that me forget to pick up my meds? Other than that, I give everyone a thumbs up for a job well done on my 2nd visit ever last Friday.
